Yeah, that does work, for some people. But it's something that should be
very carefully monitored, to give your system a chance to move from allergic
response to resistance. Too many people will hear about it, try something
similar and overdose themselves, triggering the allergic response.
My roommate has a serious problem with poison ivy- you whisper the name, and
he'll get it in the next room. This year at Pennsic, it went systemic on
him, spread from his left wrisat all over, and we took him into the VA
before it decided to spread to areas where you REALLY don't want poison ivy
;-O
If you're sensitive to it, don't mess with it, unless you take a carefully
monitored preventitive course.
