Ha Ha! I don't recommend trying to contact them- I finally found this by
calling the complaint line- everything else was just indefinite holding
time...
No luck on guardrails so far, if it's not in the CAM page, I don't know.
I wonder if other cities publish similar guidelines for contractors?
