[TheForge] Mike Blue's PVC container plans

I don't know if the plans are out there. I copied the one I saw at his shop
during a damascus class.
It was a tube of PVC (5 inch?) about 18 inches long, the bottom end capped
and the top capped with a threaded end which was tightly sealed. The bottom
was mounted on some sort of stand to keep it upright. Really simple and
straightforeward. Unscrew, dip the knife, hang it there on a wire, wait,
remove, screw the lid back on. No spill, no mess.
