Thoriated tungstens are radioactive. However.....
Unles you are grinding and breathing thoriated tungsten dust in serious volumes I personally do not consider it a health risk. The market has taken this as another opportunity to sell us crap like tungsten grinders with dust collectors, and other exotic tungstens that cost more. I have a box of thoriated tungstens that have lasted me almost 10 years so far, and I expect to working from the same box for years to come.
