Interesting.  Here in WI the closest thing we have to that (I won't stoop 
so low as to use the "N" word) are Democrats (aka Taxocrats) and their 
confiscatory taxes.  And that doesn't include the corruption they've 
managed.  Some of these guys would make the politics in Rhode Island look 
tame.  But then there's the Massachusetts Democrats that even make RI Dems 
look tame.
