[TheForge] steel costs

Actually the 1/4" was cold rolled. I went to pick up
the stuff today and discovered that they had the wrong
quantity on the bill. after doing a little adjusting I
discovered that the price was closer to the $0.65 /
lb. It turns out that CR is almost double the price.
Oh well.

Even at these prices, the cost of the material is a
small fraction of the cost of doing anything
meaningful with it.
