[TheForge] steel costs

Unfortunately steel used to be around $.45 around here for almost any 
shape.
It has almost doubled!!!

Makes scrounging even MORE important.  Even scrap around her went from 
$.03/lb to $.08/lb!!!!!

Good if you are scrapping, bad if you are buying..
