Don...have you thought of blow-molding the hemis? Weld two pieces at the edges with an air pipe/fitting in between...get it hot, place between two 8" bowl-shaped molds, and turn on the air? I have seen pillow shapes done with this process...don't know if bowls are possible. Cheers, Philip Whitley
