[TheForge] steel costs

I wound up paying $.20/lb for SCRAP a few months ago.  I was looking for
some 10" pipe to build some forges, and got it at our local scrap yard.  I
had paid a lot less last year, but I quit bitching about it when I found out
how much that kind of stuff costs new -- pretty near 10 times as much.
