[TheForge] Drill Press replace the chuck

Mark,
Tom just described how to remove a morse taper chuck. A Jacobs taper chuck
is removed by driving a tapered wedge between the chuck and the quill. A
tapered fork that will just fit around the quill just above the chuck works
a lot easier than a plain wedge.
