One of the problem that I find from European distributors is to
talk their language. I can speak several, but I use a translation program
when necessary. Try http://world.altavista.com/ they have Babelfish, which
works fairly well.
Some of the materials I have shipped to friends in Europe or to my
home in Canada. BUT the material has to warrant to cost of shipping across
the ocean and be able to go through U.S. Customs. Be prepared to answer a
lot of questions these days. These are not good times to be shipping things.
