If you know Sam Turpin he has some deep draw sheet (18 gauge or so) that is 
used to make lawn mower bodies. He was selling 2'x3' and 3'x3' sheets for a 
reasonable price.  I got 10 or so sheets a year ago and this stuff is great.


For really thin foil try stainless steel tempering/tool wrap foil. You can 
get it at any number of suppliers
