[TheForge] Scrounging small stock

Our town dump ("transfer station") has a metal pile. They don't allow
picking from that, but if I go on a weekday and ask nice, they've always
let me. Anyway, after the last big election I picked up a whole bunch
from there. All was around 3/16" +/-.
