[TheForge] Grave Marker (patina)

Four cats have us, three in the house and the barn cat Snicker. The empress
is House Mouse and going strong for 20+ years old. Whiskey (short for
Whiskey Whiskers Whisket or WWW. Cat.) is around 9 and Pukah Purza around 8.
Deb named them all.

Pukah is a Rag Doll and is one of the most indifferent creatures I've ever
run across. Zero survival instinct, none, zilch. A few years ago we rescued
Isaac a long haired shepard mix weighing around 90 lbs. The first thing he
encountered when we brought him in the house was Pu. Pu didn't see anything
to be cautious about and walked right up to this big strange dog to perform
a thorough cat scan. Isaac however was quite concerned and stood pretty
frozen while Pu did his thing.

House Mouse being older and wiser (actually lint is wiser than Pu) watched
from under some furniture while Pu acted as mine detector. When she was sure
it was safe she came out to meet the new dog.

Whiskey being our largest tom naturally hid out for about three days.

Snicker the 1/2 Maine Coon barn cat is a pretty typical Maine Coon, large,
strong, superb hunter (note I didn't say mouser, mice are the bottom of her
scale) and has the confidence of a cat who can whip anything less than 10
times her size. She greets visitors in the driveway, rain snow sleet hail,
wind or sun. She's small though, (for a Maine Coon, even 1/2) only about 18
lbs. so she will get out of the way . . . of a car.
