[TheForge] removing welding flux

I'm guessing you're using borax as a flux, but different fluxes
have different properties.

I've had decent luck with borax just soaking it off -- the stuff is 
both water soluble and hydroscopic, so a good rinse in hot water seems
to do the trick.
