	While I cannot disagree with you, I think it's a bit more
	complicated than that.  The high tech nature of medicine
	makes it inherently costly.  You cannot have MRI setups
	without incurring a large cost... at least not yet.  The
	company that develops a $25K MRI gadget will be able to
	buy Bill Gates as their shoeshine bitch.  I won't be
	holding my breath.
