[TheForge] OT Union Rant (Was Re: concrete)

If you have better hours and pay than a Union job then there would be no 
reason to consider a union. Many companies know that if they keep their 
package similar to the union shops the workers see no reason to change over 
and the company doesn't have the "hassle" of dealing with the union.
