Don,

I would say that $150 is a very reasonable price for that size vice, based
on the prices I have seen lately.  It might even be a little low.  6" vices
are few and far between. So if this one is in such good shape that is a good
price.

If I did not already have a 6" vice, I would pay $150 for one in the
condition you describe, and consider myself lucky.
