[TheForge] CDBA Public Demonstration

On August 8th the Capital District Blacksmiths' Association will hold a 
public demonstration at "Canal Street Park" at the Merli Manufacturing 
Co.  Merli Mfg is located at 2100 Western Turnpike in Duanesburg, NY.

CDBA will be presenting a variety of blacksmithing styles and eras from an 
400AD Irish "cerdcha" (smithy) right through to the present day.

In addition to CDBA's blacksmithing demonstration, Mr. Merli's "Canal 
Street Park" is home to restored railroad buildings and machines, while the 
Merli Mfg Company are builders of 1900's Victorian style carts.

Demonstrations will be happening from 12:30 - 4:00pm

*Of particular note to CDBA members* - 12:00-12:30p CDBA members to be 
apprised of potential changes to the CDBA Articles of Association.
