 John,
      Please stop, you're making me blush.
      Actuallly Ralph, John Newman and I live within walking distance of each other, and his new shop is on my way home from work. We've only known each other for about 2 yrs now, and I like to think he's taught me as much as I have taught him. When you've had everything you needed for smithing at your disposal for so many years, its a real shock when you try to do it at home,and on a budget. I bought one of his firepots, and bartered some hand tools to get one of his small swage blocks.
      We've worked on a couple of small projects together, but I'd like to let him know right now, that I'll be busy when it comes to moving all his equipment,especially his hammer, into his new shop. ;)
