        Steve, I'm in hopes of getting out to the northwest and the
conference out there could be just the excuse I need.  I'll definitely be in
Kentucky as I'm helping with set up this round.  We have a great crew
assembled and I'm looking forward to it already.  Come a day early if you
can to hang out with us.  The fellows from the midwest I'll be working with
always come with great pictures and stories.  :-)

        They say at the local saw mills that use the band saw blades in
their re-saw units that it is L6.  Is that what your using is those band saw
blades that are about 4" wide?
        I don't have a clue on forge welding those alloys........... never
tried.
