Hi Ralph,
Thanks for the reply. My question about the vari speed rheostat was
more for learning than doing. My stock 25 LG works good and has good
control. I ran across a home built hammer with a truck tranny for speed
control here,

I never got back to you about the anvil stand pictures. Thanks. I am
finishing mine up today and looking forward to using that Kohlswa
anvil. It feels a bit harder that my Trenton.
Beautiful sunny day here in Minnesota. No snow on the ground and temps
in the 20-30 range. Very nice for Jan although we are very dry and need
rain/snow bad.
