Well....forging "tongues" are pretty hard to find.

I noticed in the specs for the 25lb. Little Giant that it was equipped 
with a "variable speed reostat". I'm guessing that the clutch is not 
being used and that speed is controlled with the rheostat. I wonder how 
this would work. One of the biggest complaints with Little Giants is 
the level of control. Is the variable speed rheostat the answer?
