	This is sound reasoning.  For the few extra dollars,
	it's worth having insurance and tracking.

	Beware that when a parcel leaves the USA, the insurance
	applies ONLY to the point where it arrives a the foreign
	customs area.  If it gets lost after that, you're SOL.
