	Yah, these situations vary so much.  Sometimes you luck out
	in terms of timing and get a great deal.  Other times the
	tag is $100K to get the power into your shop.  Like pricing
	of airline tickets and women's handbags, it seems to be a
	mysterious thing, at times even scary.
