[TheForge] vent hood

I need to do this also. I'm planning on coupling the hood passively to 
an external chimney. Based on what others have done for their coal 
forges, I'm using 10" single wall pipe spaced 18" from any wood. I've 
got a piece of insulated pipe to go through the wall. No exhaust fan.
