	That I can agree with, given the behavior I have seen
	people engage in.   I will, however, say that by and large
	gun owners tend to be far more mindful and cautious than
	non gun owners.  I have found that kids who grow up shooting 
	tend to be generally of better temperament and judgement than
	the typical sub/urban kids that are ignorant of firearms
	and the responsibilities associated with their handling.
	The problem lies with the proportion of dick-headed gun 
	owners that don't know anything about their guns.  Those few
	make things dangerous for the rest of us.
