	It's really not the metric system I have a problem with,
	but rather the arrogant opinion that it is inherently
	superior to the English system, which it not, and the
	fact that there are those that would have it shoved down
	our throats.

	I would argue that the English system is, in some ways,
	superior.  It requires superior cognitive abilities to
	use.  And let us not forget that the USA kicked the
	living shyte out of Europe and Japan without so much as
	a lick of help, and they did it while <gasp> not using
	the metric system.
