[TheForge] Kitchen Utensil Finish?

I have good luck hot, like seasoning a cast-iron frying pan. I actually
get it hot enough to burn the oil (I use olive oil) and put it on thick
so it blackens, and then burn off the black goop--all at black heat so
you don't make scale o'course. When it's just barely cool enough to
touch I spray it again and then dry it off cold. Seems to work ok.
