[TheForge] Forge Flue Rain Cap

Bill,

I had one built from plans in the Coal Forge Handbook published by ABANA. 
For a 12" diameter stack, I used a 14" cap 4 feet long and allowed an 
overlap of 6". All held together with angle braces.
