Phlip,

Thanks for sharing.

I think hilt of the dagger looks like a female torso and hips.. but then 
that might just be the way my mind sees things.. like those famous ink 
blots used by "shrinks" .

  I  missed seeing a quote on the actual length of the 
dagger,  but  if  the  wooden hilt  were to fit my hand, it would need to 
be  at least  5 + inches, then the blade part might be 10 or 11  inches 
long.. (the blade = 2/3  : hilt = 1/3 total length )  So guessing that 
the  total dagger  length might be close to that of a bowie knife..  15 to 
16 inches long.

For lack of a better acronym..  I always  wonder if you pronounce your 
name  like Flip-py  ? ( big grin ) I thought that you used to spell it  5 
or so  years ago  like Phlippi  ?
