[TheForge] Rumsfeld way OT

I was listening to WBAI a few weeks ago and some guy on the mike 
declares Bush to be to most stupid president in history.  Bush is 
anything but stupid.  He's slick, sly, intelligent, treacherous, 
corrupt, and narrow-minded to a fault (at least in his public persona) 
but he and his cadre are NOT stupid.

The worst mistake anyone can make is to underestimate an enemy.
