	Are they dull? because it is a shearing action, the clearance between 
blade and disk is important.  Won't make that big a difference witht he 
muscle tissue, but tendons and other stringy bits I would imagine would 
need close shearing action in order to cut them every time.  Check the 
clearance before attempting to alter the edges.
