What I've found is that frequent gentle motion seems to accelerate
healing for tendon problems.
The theory is that there isn't much for plumbing ( vascularization) in
gristle
and motion is what moves nutrient fluids around those parts so they
can heal.
Also, moving to the edge of discomfort tends to desensitize the pissed
off nerves in the area.
Even if it doesn't work, it helps to keep you occupied till it heals,
just a little..all right......a very little.........Pete F
