I'd look forward to it Jerry.  May time frame....End of April / Mayday 
through Memorial Day this year.  Maybe next year. We can find room for you 
and Deb.  Goats may be iffy if we're still in this apartment.  I already 
push the limits with the forge /foundry and woodworking on my patio! <GRIN>
