I use a Coleman stove all the time, and the flame is a lot closer to the
tank than with the torch. Besides, gasoline is no more explosive than
acetylene. And given the safety features they talk about, it can't bee too
bad.
No, Ive never seen one used, and it's a bit pricey for a hobbyist like me.
