hello;

i like the petrogen oxy-gasoline torch. seening it demonstrated twice in the
past several years. the only down side it is a cutting torch only.
cannot be used to weld or braze.

there is a through review of the petrogen oxy-gasoline torch in the
department of energy innovative technology summary report.

there is a chinese made oxy-gasoline torch from http://www.opetrol.com/ .
the opetrol.com people have a oxy-gasoline welding torch.

the opetrol people do have a rather nice 21 page pdf brochure. the
brochure contains the review of the opetrol oxy-gasoline torch at the
american farm show.

for those who do not want to download the brochure pdf here is the farm
show test and review.

while i have not seen the opetrol first hand i do like the stainless
steel braided hose.

the opetrol oxy-gasoline torch product no. c600 has a maximum steel
thickness of 24 inches. that may sound like overkill but it does have
advantages. using that torch it would be cost effective to flame cut an
anvil from a good size piece of steel.
