[TheForge] brass hand rail

Hi Steve, A number of years back I worked on several rails with another
fellow in Hawaii. We silver soldered the bronze rails to the cast end
pieces. Tig and braze didn't work well. These rail caps came from Blum and
had a high lead content. (I believe they were architectural bronze, but it
was 16 years ago)

High lead content when finishing..........be thankful that the contractor is
doing that work - the taste sucks, and the health hazard is there for sure.
It is a tart taste on the tip of your tongue and roof of your mouth.

Ralph
