Pete, I think that I have the same saw. Mine takes a 12'1" blade I think the
model is 40.
The following is copied from the old decal.

Guide adjustment: Keep guides as close to work as possible. After each side
roller adjustment be sure vise jaws are squared again to blade line and side
of blade is square to top of machine bed.
It shows a graphic of the adjusters, but I think they are pretty easy to
figure out.

I took mine apart when I got it to clean and repaint when I put it back
together I noticed 2 of the guide bearings were worn, I ordered a new set of
6 bearings. I put the old ones back and they work ok so I still have not put
the new ones in.
Does yours have brushes by the rollers? mine are missing and I would like to
put some in but don't know what they look like?
