[TheForge] COSIRA documents- "can't find adobe"

Dave,

I wish it was that simple. I have a full version of Adobe Acrobat 6.0
Professional. I use it daily so I know it's there and working just fine.
When I try to download from the site, I see the Acrobat splash window,
followed by popup window stating that Acrobat encountered a problem and
needs to close, another popup window detailing the problem (inability to
read a memory address), Acrobat the closes and, finally, I get the popup
window stating that Acrobat could not be found.

I'm sure there are many on the list that can hypothesize an endless list of
problems with my Acrobat, or my computer, but as far as I can see, the
problem is with the sight. As I said earlier, I use Acrobat daily (actually
many times a day). I download from many sites and open files from many
sources. This is the first problem I've encountered.

By the way, I too got the message from the site indicating they had
corrected a problem. Still doesn't work for me.

Andy,

That means that you don't have Adobe Acrobat, either reader or full blown 
version, installed in your computer.  You need to download and install the 
Adobe Acrobat Reader.
