I got everything but the "The Blacksmiths Craft" No matter what I do

either tries to save it as an html file or I get the ubiquitous "The
file
does not begin with %PDF-" error. Would a kind soul with high speed
access
take pity upon this poor soul and email each of the sections to me? I
would be most appreciative...
