	I'm afraid I'm too tired today.  Boredom and encroaching
	financial ruin have a way of making one weary.  I actually
	stopped into a real estate office to find out what I have
	to do to sell RE.  Strange times be these.  On the brighter
	side, it looks like Seshat will graduate this June.  I 
	think I'm more excited about it than she is. :)
