Bull Hammers defunct

  The demise of Bull Hammers is a long sad story. The original owner and 
designer of the Bull hammer line, Tom Troszak lost control of his 
company to Vincent Venegoni who offered to invest in the company and 
instead took over the company forcing out co-owners Tom Troszak and 
Denise Mills by questionable means. What was supposed to be a bailout 
became a lockout in February of 2003.

  Recently, Venegoni and the new operators of the company closed down 
without notice, owing all their suppliers and advertisers (including 
us). Their web page is still posted claiming "hammers in inventory" 
while in reality the company is gone.

  Tom Troszak continues to design and build custom machinery including 
power hammers.
