Considering what I have heard about how they treated Tom and the fact 
that they flat ignore their customers, I was guessing not long. like 
already gone.  Who would want to pay 4 grand and up for a hammer and 
find customer service to be non-existent?  Too bad! the design features 
Tom put in the hammer are very flexible.
