Thanks for all the replies.  I have really got more words to look up in all
the books and google now.  I have never been any good with words and quite
often it bites me.

I will keep you all posted here as this progresses, but I am into the third
complete revision and haven't started to put any steel together yet.!.  Want
to get things right the first time, so that testing goes OK.  I don't have
the knowledge to figure out all the calculations for what this thing will
bend or not, and need to try out some things and see what is what .  Take
some measurements and work from there.  2 inch square is probably a pipe
dream, (oh no it must be a square dream)  but it is certainly something to
shoot for.

Heading off to work, now so I need to get my head into that stuff and off
this.
