[TheForge] Bronze Bushings

When I have purchased bronze bushings, they state what the inside diameter 
is and what the outside diameter is.  So buy the bushing first & then 
you'll know what hole size to drill.  Any of the industrial suppliers 
should list the specs in their catalogs or web site.
