[TheForge] Fireplace screen

Hi all,
       I just got a (firm) request to make 3 fireplace screens.  I am waiting 
for a downpayment before I begin and while I am waiting I was wondering if 
anyone could answer the following question.

How do you attach stainless fireplace screen to a frame made from 1/4 by 1 1/2 
inch cold rolled stock?

Anyone made fireplace screens lately? Can someone show me a close up photo of 
the back their screen highlighting the attachment?
