I also have long since stopped buying Sears power tools and stick to Milwaukee, Bosch, Makita, etc. I can still remember the glee I felt when the Sears circular saw I owned started to burn out. I had already given up on their electrics but the saw would'nt die. The smell of overheated insulation meant I could finally go out and buy a Milwaukee. -Rick
