OK, a point or two about this...
First, they are soliciting illegal transactions. They are committing
a felony. They will probably get nailed at some point. (btw, I too have
gotten this message).
Second, you are not legally responsible for such charges because a) they
do not give proper notice that susch charges will result from calling
the
number, and b) they are part and parcel of a felonious operation.
Third, despite the above points, calling the number (assuming the
assertions
about the high charges are in fact true) can and probably will cause you
headaches you will not want to deal with, so don't tempt fate. :)
