[TheForge] Squrriel Cage Blowers

I've always figured that 250-350 cfm was a good rule to follow for a forge
blower.  The static pressure from a squirel cage does not push like a paddle
wheel blower..............where on the other hand the 3600 rpm blowers from
Centaur(that deliver 500 cfm) will blow the coal right out of the pot if you
open the airgate quickly.
    Those 200 cfm blowers look marginal(in that they'll work but might be a
bit on the small side), and this one on this page at 1200cfm looks a bit
big.
